Shallow water training was a great way to mix up my gym routine and get moving in the refreshing salt water.  Elise is such a great motivator and makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly (no cheating).  It was hard enough that I pulled up sore and had to drink a gallon of water for recovery, but so much fun the hour went by so quickly.  Can’t wait for the next one.  Motto "exercise doesn't have to be boring”.  - Belinda
